If he was so convinced that our valued employees were so overpaided that they should be fired and replaced by a contractor, then this recent letter to Council is simply another lame attempt to curry favor with employees who have learned quite well never again to trust Moss or the VBTA.
This pathetic pandering by the President of the VBTA reveals the depth of his and their failure to understand how alienated they have become from the political and civic mainstream.
John, instead of another letter to the city council, how about one to the members of the VBTA announcing your resignation for the good of the organization.
Fat chance!
