And Delegate Bouchard stoops to a new low. He'd be guilty of 'conduct unbecoming' an officer if he were still on active duty, Erb says of his false attack ads on GOP challenger Chris Stolle.
Even WAVY-TV proved Bouchard's attack ads against Stolle and the Peninsula medical center where he works were lies and false and unworthy of a person with integrity. Oooops! That might be a case maybe the person doesn't have any integrity. This attack ad on Stolle and the medical center should rightly backfire, big time, on Bouchard.
