I would like to know is there is any truth in the rumor I heard today.

That is that: Jeff McWaters is the real candidate for the GOP and Scott Riggel is going to drop out of the race and McWaters will be selected to take his place.

There could be some truth to this. Scott Riggel refuses to particapte in a three way debate.
