Waterside, no return on taxes: Listen up Norfolk! |

Why doesn't Norfolk, try to lure a really nice book store, like Borders? What about a small Office Depot or Kinkos, for the business crowd. Maybe a nice workout center, with bike and treadmill rentals. What about a small movie theater for grown ups, and a separate theater for children?
What about really nice grocery and produce stand. Maybe a flower shop and gift shop. What about a nice camera shop, with film developing, and art sales?
The tenants and the shoppers, NEED affordable, convenient, and safe parking. Currently, the inside of Waterside, is geared mostly to kids.
You have to make the atmosphere inviting to adults also.
