Under the Tenth Amendment the Several States, who created the United States, who ratified the Constitution, and who are the original parties, and who precede the Federal Government, are the only logical, legal--- and effective overseers over Congress, the Executive and the Judiciary.

If any of the Three Branches violates the Constitution---the the only effective check on them are the States.

As 200 plus years have shown the Federal Government itself has seldom cut its own power and then only slightly, temporarily, under intense public pressure, and as soon as the public's back is turned, have ratcheted up to heights previously unknown---its unconstitutional usurpations, its size and power!

That is why we are downing in red ink, confiscatory taxes and ruinous regulation.

Shouting "Enough is enough!" ten states have nullified federal laws medical marijuana, 26 the tyrannical NDAA's indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, and 25 Obamacare's takeover of all medical care. Kentucky is even telling the EPA to get out of their Commonwealth!

We The People must learn more about nullification and pressure our General Assembly to join other states in passing more nullification statutes and resolutions.
