When is no endorsement, an endorsement? When a principled man refuses to yield to the urges of the President and his party’s leadership to put the seal of approval on a candidate without honor.

Among Virginia Democrats it has been a tradition to take a 'no' endorsement, or 'sitting out this election' as an endorsement of the Republican policies and candidate.  Is that the case with X-Democrat Gov. Doug Wilder?
