 If you didn't know better you'd think the Virginia Beach government is playing with 'funny' money, when in reality is really real tax dollars.
Yet the city just held a program to 'simulate' poverty. "Simulate, my ass," said one taxpayer, we are taxed into real poverty by people who don't know what they are doing without a #500k consultant study.
And it is only going to get worse, says VNS Blogger Bob O'Connor, as revenues continue to decline due to the current recession.
