(August 31, 2010) - - Talks about peace as weapons smuggling into Gaza continue don’t make Israelis feel too secure.

Israeli PM Nananyahu and the Palestinian’s Mahmud Abbas (even through he does not currently hold any official government position) are to meet in Washington Thursday under the watchful eye of President Obama.

In other news, the annual Great Stork migration across the Mediterranean to Africa has begun.  Thirty-one thousand were counted on the first day with more than 350,000 to pass through before they reach their wintering grounds in Eastern Africa.
