Light rail-yes campaign

They're baaaaack

The names have changed but the game is the same. Special interest developers, bankers, with a token sprinkling of individuals to lend faux broad-based legitimacy has emerged to launch a public relations campaign. This time instead of the Yes campaign and a regional sales tax, it's Light Rail Now and extending the untested Norfolk Tide to the Virginia Beach Ocean front.
